VICTORIA, by the Grace of God of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen,
to Elizabeth Balfour Innis, residing in the City of
Auckland, in the County of Eden, in the Colony of
New Zealand, the wife of John Innis, late of the said
city, Carpenter ; Walter McCaul, of the City, County,
and Colony aforesaid, Tailor ; Shirley Whitfield Hill,
of the City, County, and Colony aforesaid, First Clerk
in Her Majesty's Customs at Auckland; William
Swanson, of the City, County, and Colony aforesaid,
Settler ; and Thomas Adamson, of Mongonui, in the
Province of Auckland, in New Zealand aforesaid, Ship
Carpenter : and each of you.
Whereas an action hath been commenced in the
Supreme Court of the Colony of New Zealand, wherein
the said Walter McCaul is Plaintiff, and the said John
Innis is Defendant:
And Whereas it has been made known to us that
there is certain real and personal property belonging
to the said John Innis, now in the custody, possession,
or in the hands, or under the control of you, the said
Elizabeth Balfour Innis, Walter McCaul, Shirley
Whitfield Hill, William Swanson, and Thomas Adam-
son, or some or one of you:
We command you that you do not sell or otherwise
dispose of or part with the said real and personal pro-
perty or any part thereof of the said John Innis, until
the further order of our said Court shall be made known
to you.
