Auckland, 19th June, 1860.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of FRIDAY, the 20th July, next, from persons willing to lend, for a period of one year, the sum of £15,000 upon security of the land granted to the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland upon Trust for the improvement of the Harbour of Auckland, stating the rate of interest (not exceeding eight per cent.) at which the money will be advanced.

Particulars of the property may be obtained at the Office of the Waste Lands Commissioner, Auckland.
