IMPOUNDED in the Public Pound, Auckland, by Patrick O’Donnell, for trespassing
in an enclosed garden, Victoria-street, the
property of Mr. John McGrath—
2 brown and white she goats,

1 cream-coloured she goat, and
1 brown and white he goat.
Damages claimed 5s. each.

If not claimed within eleven days from the
date of this notice, application will be made
to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the
sale of the above mentioned goats, agreeably
to the provisions of the "Impounding Act,
1856."
