PROCLAMATION.
By John Williamson, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act made and passed in the Parliament holden in the fifteenth and sixteenth years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "An Act to grant a Representative Constitution to the Colony of New Zealand," it is amongst other things enacted that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent, by proclamation in the Government Gazette, to fix such places or places within the limits of the Province and such times for holding the first and every other Session of the Provincial Council as he may think fit.
Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority in me vested in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that the tenth session of the Provincial Council shall commence at Auckland, and shall be holden on Monday, the second day of May next; and the Members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this fifteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the 14th clause of the "Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858," I hereby notify that I have set apart ten allotments in the Town of Coromandel as sites for places of worship, and I hereby invite the Representatives of the several religious bodies recognized as having officiating Ministers within the provisions of the "Marriage Act," who may be resident within the Province of Auckland and who may wish to obtain sites for places of worship, to make to the Waste Land Commissioner on or before Saturday, the 14th day of May next, written application for one of the said allotments.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, the 15th day of April, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.
