I hereby notify that I have set apart ten allotments in the Town of Mongonui as sites for places of worship, and I hereby invite the Representatives of the several religious bodies recognised as having officiating Ministers within the provisions of the "Marriage Act," who may be resident within the Province of Auckland, and who may wish to obtain sites for places of worship, to make to the Waste Land Commissioner on or before Monday the 16th day of January, 1860, written application for one of the said allotments.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the "Auckland Waste Land Regulations 1859," I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of Land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be offered for sale at the Office of the Deputy Waste Land Commissioner at Mongonui, on Thursday, the 5th day of January, 1860, as General Country Lands.
