AUCKLAND HARBOUR ENDOWMENTS.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER “The Harbour Endowments Act, 1859, No. 2,” I hereby notify for public information that the Leases for Ninety-nine (99) years, at a nominal rental, of each of the pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, on THURSDAY the 22nd day of December next, at the Waste Land Office, be offered for Sale by public auction.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, the 17th day of November, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.

I HEREBY notify that the Run described below has been claimed by CHRISTOPHER MAXWELL.
Situation.—Wangaroa. Whakapaku Block.
Boundaries.—As surveyed upon the ground and shown upon the map of the block.
Estimated Extent.—(12,000) Twelve thousand acres.
Number and Description of Stock upon the Run.—To commence with, (500) five hundred Sheep, and (10) ten head of horned Cattle.

I HEREBY notify for general information that a Writ issued by me on the seventeenth day of October last for the Election of a Member of the Provincial Council, for the District of the Bay of Islands, has been returned with an endorsement thereon as follows:
I, Robert Clapham Barstow, the Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands, do hereby declare that in pursuance of the Writ to me directed bearing date the seventeenth day of October, 1859, the undermentioned Candidate is duly elected a Member of the Provincial Council of the Province of Auckland for the said District.
