PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
Under and in pursuance of the 14th clause of the “Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858,” I hereby notify that I have set apart ten allotments in the Town of Molesworth as sites for places of worship, and I hereby invite the Representatives of the several religious bodies recognised as having officiating Ministers within the provisions of the “Marriage Act,” who may be resident within the Province of Auckland, and who may wish to obtain sites for places of worship, to make to the Waste Land Commissioner on or before Monday the 1st day of August, written application for one of the said allotments.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, the sixth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.
