PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By John Williamson, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the "Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858," I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of Land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be open for sale on and after the 10th day of January 1859, as "General Country Lands," under the "Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858."

Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, the 7th day of December, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.
