until noon of Friday, the 10th proximo,
for the erection of a Bridge over the Slippery
Creek, and a Bridge over the Hingai Creek.
Plans and specifications can be seen on
application at the Roads Office.
Tenders must be endorsed “Tender for
Bridges, Great South Road.”

CITY WATER WORKS.

next, for the construction of certain Works in
the Government Domain, and for laying down
Pipes for supplying a part of the City of
Auckland with water.

NOTICE is hereby given, that if the owner
of an anchor, which has been lying for
some time past below high-water mark in
Commercial Bay, near Wall’s smithy, does not
remove the same on or before the 7th proximo,
it will be sold by auction.

market, by J. Dilworth, for trespass and
damages on his enclosed Paddock at One-
hunga,
One white Cow, right ear topped, and right
horn short, branded AC on right rump.
One white Heifer Calf, no brand.
Damages 5s. each; owner unknown.
If not claimed within 11 days after
this date, an application will be made to a
Justice of the Peace for an order for the
sale of the above-mentioned Cow and Calf,
agreeably to the provisions of the “Im-
pounding Act, 1856.”
