Act, 1858," will be issued to those persons
entitled to receive the same on application to
the Waste Land Commissioner.

TENDERS for furnishing the Provincial
Government with supplies, having failed
to perform his contract, tenders will be received
at this office until Tuesday, the 28th day of
September, inst., for the undermentioned sup-
plies, in such quantities as may be required,
during the three months commencing the 1st
October, 1858, upon the conditions hereinafter
specified.
RATIONS.
- Gaol, at per ration
- Lock-up at do.
- Destitute at do.
- Stockade, Mount Eden, at per ration:—
- Straw, at per ton of 2240 lbs.
- Oil, Sperm, at per gallon
- Cotton wick, at per lb.
Information may be obtained at this Office.
