IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Auckland, by Charles Thompson, Esq., for trespassing in an enclosed paddock, Victoria Quadrant, the property of the Ordnance.
One bay mare, star on forehead, star on near shoulder, no damages claimed, owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days from this date, an application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned mare, agreeably to the provisions of the Impounding Act, 1856.
