NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Harbour Master's Office, Auckland, 31st March, 1858.

NOTICE is hereby given that on and after the 10th proximo, the New Commercial Code of Signals will be brought into use at the signal station, Mount Victoria (as occasion may require) in addition to Marryat's code.

TO CONTRACTORS

Superintendent's Office, Auckland, March 31, 1858.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of Monday, the 19th April, for the erection of a Bridge over the Weiti River, at the landing place, and of two other Bridges on a line of road thence to the Paddock, in the Wainui Block.

Plans and specifications to be seen at the Road Surveyor's office.

BRIDGE AT THE RUAKAKA, WANGAREI

Superintendent's Office, Auckland, April 5, 1858.

TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Monday, the 17th May proximo, for the erection of a Bridge over the Ruakaka, between the Waipu district and Marsden, at Wangarei Heads.

Information may be obtained at the Road Surveyor's Office, Auckland, or of J. Munro, Esq., Wangarei.
