PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the Regulations for the sale, letting, disposal, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, issued by His Excellency the Governor of the said Colony with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, on the fourteenth day of May in the year 1856, I do hereby appoint, and do notify the same for general information, that the following allotments of the said Waste Lands shall be offered for sale by Public Auction, by the Waste Lands’ Commissioner for the said Province, at the upset prices placed opposite thereto respectively, at the Mechanics’ Institute, on Monday, the first day of June next, commencing at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, subject to the several terms and conditions of sale in that behalf contained in the Regulations aforesaid.
