A. The available balance in this Block cannot be ascertained all the claims under r Sir George Grey’s Regulations are adjusted; but there will be a small portion only of it remaining—say 4000 acres.

B.—In Waiuku after deducting swamps, Native Reserves, &c., there are only 3500 acres available for sale, but of this, it was intended to reserve a portion as Pensioners’ Pre-emption Land, Endowment Schools, &c., in accordance with the Regulations.

C.—In the Waikato the areas estimated by the General Government as containing the quantity in the first column, but on being surveyed it was found to contain...
