In accordance with the 30th clause of the Crown Lands Ordinance (No. 1, Sess. 10), I publish the following apportionment made by the Wardens of the Hundred of Auckland.

The following person having applied for a Depasturing Licence for a Defined Run, under the Regulations published in the Government Gazette, 7th November, 1851,
the description of the Run claimed now lies at this office for the inspection of any person concerned.

Name of Applicant: George Besson.
Situation of Run: On the Island of Mangauui, at Coromandel.

The Wardens of the Auckland and Onehunga Hundreds have this day appointed Mr. D. G. Small Ranger of both Hundreds, commencing from this date.

NOTICE is hereby given that the co-partnership carried on for some time past at Auckland, by Edwin Davy and Jamieson Jarvie, under the firm of Davy and Jarvie, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business will be henceforth carried on by Mr. Jamieson Jarvie.

Dated at Auckland, the 24th January, 1854.
