I hereby certify, for the information of all persons concerned, that, in conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinances (No. I, Sess. 10, & No. 10, Sess. 11,) I convened a meeting (pursuant to the notice published by me in the Provincial Government Gazette, of 11th Nov., 1854,) of Holders of Depasturing Licenses in the Hundred of Auckland, for the purpose of supplying the vacancy caused by the resignation of two of the Wardens of that Hundred; and that the persons whose names are subjoined have been duly elected to be Wardens in their stead.
