NOTICE is hereby given that the several Allotments specified in the following Schedule, will be put up to Auction at the Court House, Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the 3rd day of January, 1855.

Ten per cent of the purchase money to be deposited at the sale, and the remainder paid within one month or the deposit will be forfeited.
