TENDERS will be received at this office until FRIDAY, the 21st of April, for Cutting and Surveying the external boundary of those contiguous blocks of land recently acquired from the Natives, and known as Hikurangi, To Pae o te Rangi, and Puatainga, estimated to contain 88,000 acres, situated between the West Coast and the River Waitemata; also of a block on the East side of the Wairoa, south of Hewling’s line, containing by estimate 35,000 acres.

IMPounded, at the Public Pound, Hundred of Auckland, Newmarket, for breach of By-law No. 9, the said Bull having been running at Epsom:—
One White Bull, no brand legible, mark of off fore leg having been broken.
If not claimed, to be sold at the Pound, at noon on Monday, the 1st day of May next.
