Auction Sale of Lands of the Crown,

under “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870.”

Hokitika, February 17, 1875.

WE, the undersigned Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of Section Thirty-four of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” do hereby notify that Tuesday, the 23rd day of March, 1875, at noon, in the Land Office, at Hokitika, is fixed as the time and place when an auction sale of town and suburban lands shall take place.
