Hokitika, February 8, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Section Thirty-nine of “The Crown Grants Act, 1866,” that the following Crown Grant is now ready for delivery to the grantees.

The land included in the said Crown Grant being subject to the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, the Crown Grant will be delivered to the grantees by the District Land Registrar.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section Forty-three of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.

BLOCK C. (RURAL.)
ARAHURA DISTRICT.

Bounded on the south-westward by the Road Reserve along the north bank of the Kanieri River for a distance of forty chains; on the north-westward by a line bearing north-east (magnetic) for forty chains; on the north-eastward by a line bearing south-east (magnetic) for forty chains, to Lake Kanieri; and on the eastward by the Road Reserve along north-west shore of Lake Kanieri.

Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold-workings.

BLOCK CI. (RURAL.)
OKARITO DISTRICT.

Bounded on the eastward by Road Reserve along the south bank of the Big Wanganui River and by Ferry Reserve; on the southward by the Bowen to Okarito Road for fifty-five chains; on the westward by a line at right angles to the general direction of said road for forty chains; and on the northward by a line forty chains distant from and parallel with said road.

Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold workings.
