IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Sections Sixty-one and Forty-three (61 and 43) of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the lands described in the Schedule hereunder annexed will be opened for sale, on and after Wednesday, the 23rd day of December, 1875.

SCHEDULE.

Extension of boundaries of Block X. (Rural).
TOTARA DISTRICT.

Seventy acres, more or less, situate in the Totara District; bounded on the Eastward by Reserve No. 9 (in red); on the Southward by the Northern boundary of Section 1053; on the Westward by the Road Reserve along the Sea Beach; and on the Northward by a straight line to include the quantity. Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of goldworkings.


IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section Sixty (60) of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the unsold residue of Block CIV. (Rural), Okarito District, is withdrawn from sale.
