WAITAHA

JOHN ALLEN.

  1. The ferry to be worked by boat.
  2. The amount of subsidy to be £50 per annum.
  3. Occupation allowed of twenty-five acres of land on north bank of river.
  4. Protection allowed, for one year from the date of this Gazette, on both sides of the river for half a mile each way from the point at which the boat usually starts.
