IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," in so far as relates to the lands described in the first Schedule hereto, and in accordance with the provisions of said Section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," and of Section sixteen of "The Westland Waste Lands Act Amendment Act, 1873" as relating to the lands described in the second Schedule hereunto annexed, that the said lands so described will be opened for sale on and after Monday, the 19th day of July, 1875.

SCHEDULE I.
DESCRIPTION OF BLOCK CVII (Rural),
OKARITO DISTRICT.
Bounded on the Southward by the Okarito to Bowen Road for one hundred and sixty chains; on the Westward by a line bearing due North (magnetic) from said road for forty chains; on the Northward by a line parallel with, and distant forty chains from said road; and on the Eastward by the Road Reserve along the Southern bank of the Wataroa River.
Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold workings.
