PROVINCE OF WESTLAND GAZETTE.

BLOCK CVII (Rural),
Totara District.

Twelve hundred and eighty acres, situate in the Totara District, bounded on the North-westward by the Eastern boundary of Special Settlement, Block No. 2; on the South-westward by Run No. 49; on the North-eastward by the Road Reserve along South bank of Mikonui River; and on the South-eastward by a line to include the quantity.

Subject to necessary roads and reserves, and exclusive of gold workings.

It is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 61 and 43 of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the Lands described in the Schedule hereunder annexed will be opened for sale on and after Thursday, 17th September, 1875.

Situated East of Cemetery Reserve, and bounded on the Northward by Chesterfield street; on the Eastward by road West of Block LXVII (67) Suburban; on the Southward by North boundary of Town Belt, South; and on the Westward by the Road and Railway Reserve.

Exclusive of gold workings and subject to necessary reserves.
