IT is notified, in accordance with the provision of Section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the lands described in the Schedule hereto attached are opened for sale;

SCHEDULE.
BLOCK CIV (Rural).
In the Okarito District.
Situate on the Sea Coast in the vicinity of the Paua Reka (Abbey Rocks) and bounded as follows:—On the North-Westward by the Road Reserve along the Sea Coast for one and a-half miles North, and one and a-half miles South of the junction Matthias’ Track to Abbey Rocks with the said Road Reserve; and extending back in a rectangular block in a South-Easterly direction from said boundary a distance of two miles.
Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold workings.
The above Block to be opened for sale on and after 31st May.
