Kingdom; and Baron Mulgrave of
New Ross, in the County of Wexford, in the Peerage of Ireland; a
Member of Her Majesty’s Most
Honorable Privy Council; Knight
Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael
and Saint George; Governor and
Commander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty’s Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and
Vice-Admiral of the same; at
Wellington, this thirty-first day of
March, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

SCHEDULE.

Situated in the Town of Ross, and numbered
One (inserted). Bounded on the West by Hamp-
ton Street for a distance of five chains, bearing
45deg. 01min. magnetic; on the North by
Church of England Reserve No. 3, and south
end of Duff Street for a distance of five
chains bearing 135deg. 01min.; on the East by
a straight line for a distance of five chains
bearing 225deg. 01min.; on the South
by a straight line for a distance of five chains
bearing 315deg. 01min., and containing
within those boundaries two acres and two
roods or thereabouts — For a cemetery.

In pursuance of the provisions of sections
eighty and eighty-one of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," the Waste
Lands Board have reserved from public sale
the lands described in the Schedule hereunto
annexed to be granted in payment for con-
struction of public works.

Bounded on the Southward by the north
boundary of Native Reserve, No. 30.; on
the Eastward by the DN Line Road; on the
Northward by Hatter’s Gully Creek (Flowery
Creek); and on the Westward by a straight
line to include the quantity.

Subject to necessary roads and reserves,
and exclusive of gold workings.
