IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section Forty-three of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the lands described in the Schedule herunto annexed are open for sale.

SCHEDULE.

Block XCV (Rural.)

Situate in the Arahura District, and adjoining Kanieri Lake.

Bounded on the northward by the Kanieri River; on the eastward by the Kanieri Lake; on the southward by a line 40 chains south of, and generally parallel to, the Lake Kanieri Road; and on the westward by a straight line at right angles with the south boundary, through junction of Cox’s Creek with Kanieri River.

Exclusive of necessary reserves, and subject to gold workings.
