Auction Sale of Waste Lands of

the Crown under "The Westland
Waste Lands Act, 1870."

WE, the undersigned, Commissioners of
the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Westland, in accordance with the
provisions of Section 34 of "The Westland
Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby notify
that Thursday, 23rd April next, at noon,
in the Land Office, Hokitika, is fixed as the
time and place when an Auction Sale of
Town and Suburban Lands shall take
place.

Auction Sale of Waste Lands of

the Crown under "The Westland
Waste Lands Act, 1870."

WE, the undersigned, Commissioners of
the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Westland, in accordance with the
provisions of Section 34 of "The Westland
Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby notify
that Thursday, 9th April next, at noon, in
the Court House, Greymouth, is fixed as
the time and place when an Auction Sale
of Suburban Lands in the Grey District shall take place.

Public Vaccinator appointed.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, February 17, 1874.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, under the provisions of "The Public Health Act, 1872," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint
the undermentioned gentleman to be a
Public Vaccinator, to perform gratuitous
vaccination in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, and any Regulations made
or to be made thereunder, for the several
districts mentioned in the Schedule hereto,
and set opposite his respective name therein.
