upon the balance being paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue the purchaser shall be entitled to a Crown Grant thereof: Provided also that if at any time the lessee of any town suburban or rural section shall neglect to pay the annual rent within three months after the same shall become due the Waste Lands Board shall have power to determine such lease and to declare such lease forfeited and to dispose of the same by auction, inclusive of improvements effected thereon and after payment of the rent due and the expenses of the sale the surplus shall be handed over to the lessee.
It is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.

SCHEDULE.
Block XCIV. (Suburban.)
Arahura District.
All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Arahura District and bounded as follows:—On the south-westward by the north side of the Kanieri road; on the westward by the eastern and northern boundaries of Agricultural Lease No. 45, and by the eastern boundary of Block No. IV. (four) Suburban; on the northward by Russell road; and on the eastward by a line parallel with western boundary, and running northerly from said side of Kanieri road to the northern boundary of Block, and inclusive of the eastern limit of improvement made by one George Voysey.
Subject to necessary reserves, and exclusive of gold workings.
ADVERTISEMENTS in the Province of Westland Gazette, will be charged for according to the following scale:—
For every seventy-two words and under, 5s.
Tabular matter, double the above rate.
In all cases where figures are required each figure counts as a word.
All Advertisements must be sent to the Provincial Secretary’s Office, and at the same time pre-payment (by money order when necessary) according to the above rates must be made.
