IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of Section Forty-three of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the lands described in the Schedule hereto attached, are open for sale.

SCHEDULE.
BLOCK XCVIII. (Suburban.)
Situated in the Arahura District.
Bounded on the north-west by the Teremakau River; on the south and south-west by rural section 7942; on the south-east by Railway Reserve; and on the north-east by a line 1250 links distant from, and parallel to, the south-west boundary of the Town of Whitcombe.
Subject to necessary reserves and gold workings.
IT is hereby notified that, in accordance with a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 31, of the 22nd May, 1873; and, also, in accordance with the provisions of Section Forty-three, of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870;” the rural lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be open for sale on Tuesday, 5th day of January, 1875, at ten o’clock in the morning; and applications to purchase the same, or any part thereof, will be received on or after the above date.

Two hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Arahura District, on the eastern side of the Taipo River; commencing at the confluence of that river with the Teremakau, following southerly along the first-mentioned river a distance of fifty chains, and extending back, easterly, forty chains, in a rectangular block; being late Ferry Reserve Number 430.
Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold workings.
Two hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Arahura District, on the Western side of the Taipo River; commencing at the confluence of the said river with the Teremakau River, following southerly along the first-mentioned river a distance of fifty chains, and extending back, westerly, forty chains, in a rectangular block; being late Ferry Reserve Number 431.
Subject to necessary reserves and exclusive of gold workings.
