HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information that he has appointed the following time and places at which the several Local School Committees shall hold their first meeting:—

Hokitika.—Court House; Thursday, October 29, 3 p.m.
Greymouth.—Court House; Thursday, October 22, 3 p.m.
Paroa.—Hamilton’s Store, Marsden; Thursday, October 29, 3 p.m.
Arahura.—Court House, Stafford; Thursday, October 29, 3 p.m.
Kanieri.—Public Hall, Kanieri; Thursday, October 29, 3 p.m.
Totara.—Court House, Ross; Thursday, October 29, 3 p.m.
Okarito.—Court House, Okarito; Thursday, October 29, 3 p.m.
