HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to authorise
The Provincial Secretary of Westland
to frank free from pre-payment of postage letters and packages posted on the Public Service.

July 14, 1874.

IT is hereby notified, that a Special Sitting of the Waste Lands Board will be held at the Land Office, Hokitika, at Noon on Thursday, the 16th July, 1874.

Business:

"To consider the advisability of cancelling the sale of Twenty Acres of Rural Land in Block V., Arahura District, to William Fell Wilkinson."
