BLOCK XCVI (RURAL.)
Situate in the Totara District.
Bounded on the northward by the south bank of the Omoeroa River; on the eastward by a line one mile distant from, and generally parallel to, the sea coast; on the southward by the north bank of the Waikukupa River; and on the westward by the sea coast.
Exclusive of necessary reserves, and subject to gold-workings.

All that parcel of land (being an extension Block No. V.) bounded as follows:— On the westward by metalled track constructed along DS line; on the northward by the south bank of Fox’s Creek; on the eastward by the DQ line; and on the southward by part of original northern boundary of said Block No. V.
Exclusive of necessary reserves, and subject to gold-workings.

IT is hereby notified for general information, that the Proclamation in the County of Westland Gazette No. 24, of the 6th December, 1873, of the intention of the Governor’s Delegate to grant to John Andrews certain auriferous Crown lands of alluvial ground situated at Jones’s Flat, Ross, for the term specified in the Schedule to such Proclamation is hereby revoked.
