PROVINCE OF WESTLAND GAZETTE.

Colony, from time to time delegate to the Superintendent of any Province the powers by the forty-seventh and fiftieth sections of the said Act vested in the Governor, to be exercised within such Province and not elsewhere, and may from time to time in like manner rescind any such delegation: Now therefore, I, Sir James Fergusson, Baronet, the Governor of the said Colony, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by the said in part recited Act, do hereby with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, delegate unto

James Alexander Bonar, Esq.,
as Superintendent of the Province of Westland, all the powers vested in me by the forty-seventh and fiftieth sections of the said Act, to be exercised within such Province and not elsewhere.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honorable Sir James Fergusson, Baronet, a Member of Her Majesty’s Most Honorable Privy Council, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at Auckland, this second day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.
