Auction sale of Waste Lands of the Crown

under "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870."

WE, the undersigned, Commissioners of
the Waste Lands Board, of the
County of Westland, in accordance with the
provisions of section thirty-four of "The
Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby
notify, that Tuesday, 5th April next, at
noon, in the Room attached to Hamilton’s
Store, is fixed as the time and place when an
Auction Sale of Maresden Town Sections shall
take place.

Applications to purchase improved Sections
in the above Township will be received at
Hamilton’s Store, by the Clerk to the Board,
on Monday, 7th April, at noon.

Tabular matter double the above rate.
In all cases where figures are required each
figure counts as a word.

All advertisements must be sent to the
County Chairman’s Office, and at the same
time pre-payment (by money-order when
necessary) according to the above rates must
be made.
