IT is hereby notified for the powers vested in me under the Gold Mining Lease Regulations, I hereby declare that the undermentioned lease is cancelled and that the ground is now open for occupation.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of section forty-three of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the lands described in the schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.
SCHEDULE.
Block XC. (Suburban).
GREY DISTRICT.
Situate near the Township of Marsden, bounded on the Northward by agricultural lease No. 19 (Barnett’s), and line in continuation of north boundary of same, on the Eastward by the Greymouth and Marsden road and Block LII. (suburban), on the Southward by Road Reserve along the New River, and on the Westward by line in continuation of the western boundary of agricultural lease No. 19.
Exclusive of necessary reserves and subject to goldworkings.

GREY DISTRICT.
Bounded on the Westward and Southward by a Road Reserve along the North bank of the Teremakau river, and on the Eastward and Northward by a Tailing Reserve, five (5) chains wide along the foot of High Terrace, west of junction of Hohonu and Teremakau rivers.
Exclusive of necessary reserves and subject to goldworkings.
