SCHEDULE.
Block LXXXVIII. (Rural).
GREY DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by section 1562 and Crooked River; on the East by a line forty (40) chains east of and generally parallel to Bell Hill road; on the South by block LXXXIII and Poerua Lake, and on the West by Poerua River and section 1562; exclusive of necessary reserves and goldworkings.
It is hereby notified, that the boundaries of block LXXX. (rural), as gazetted in The County of Westland Gazette, No. 1, of the 7th of January, 1873, have been altered by the Waste Lands Board as follows:

GREY DISTRICT.
Bounded on the Northward by original boundary of Greymouth Town Belt and a line parallel to and about fourteen (14) chains south of the same; on the West by a line twelve (12) chains east of and generally parallel to Reserve No. 6 (in red); on the South by Saltwater Creek and AA track, and on the East by the west boundary of block I. and a line parallel to and forty (40) chains distant from the West boundary of block; exclusive of necessary reserves and goldworkings.

The following Bye-Law of the Council of the Borough of Greymouth has been forwarded to the Chairman of the County Council, who directs it to be notified that he does not dissent from it. It is published for general information, under the 191st Clause of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867."

BYE-LAW, No. 5.
BYE-LAW OF THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF GREYMOUTH, MADE UNDER PART 13 OF "THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT, 1867," IN PURSUANCE OF THE POWERS AND PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN PART 13 OF "THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT, 1867," THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF GREYMOUTH ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS—
That is to say—

That the whole of the provisions contained in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th parts; and such provisions as are numbered 1, 2, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the 5th part; and such provisions as are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 of the 7th part of the 13th Schedule to the said Act are hereby adopted in and for the said Borough.

The following Bye-Laws heretofore existing are repealed:
That is to say—

The Bye-Law numbered 1, intituled a Bye-Law for the adoption of the whole of the sub-divisions contained in the 13th Schedule of the said Act.

Also, the Bye-Law numbered 4, purporting to adopt part of the sub-divisions contained in the 13th Schedule of the said Act, passed by the said Council this 10th day of June, A.D., 1873.
