that the protection granted to Cheffings
and Whitten, for their punt across the Tere-makau River, is transferred to Andrew Mathieson.

that the County Council will meet for
the despatch of business on Wednesday, the
9th day of July next, at the Supreme Court
House, Hokitika, at the hour of 12 noon.

eighty and eighty-one of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," the Waste
Lands Board have reserved from public sale
the land described in the schedule hereunto
annexed, to be granted in payment for public
works.
