IT is hereby notified for general information that, the Proclamation in The County of Westland Gazette, No. 11, of the 30th April, 1873, is hereby cancelled.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, the protection granted to Mole and Cashman, for the Totara Ferry and Punts, and published in The County of Westland Gazette, No. 25, of the 14th October, 1872, is transferred to Bernard Mulhearn.

IN pursuance of the provisions of section sixty-one of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," the Waste Lands Board will, after the expiration of three months from the day this notification shall have been first published in The County of Westland Gazette, declare Block LVIII (rural), in the Totara District, open for sale.

The said block was withdrawn from sale by a notification in The County of Westland Gazette, No. 8, of the 21st March, 1871.

Auction Sale of Waste Lands of the Crown under "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870."

WE, the undersigned, Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of section thirty-four of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby notify that Thursday, 26th June next, at noon, in the Court House, Greenstone, is fixed as the time and place when a sale of Greenstone town sections shall take place.
