Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in me in that behalf by "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby fix and determine that a special sitting of the Waste Lands Board for the County of Westland shall be held at the Warden’s Court, in the Town of Kanieri, on the second day of December next ensuing, at the hour of noon, for the purpose of the sale of the surveyed sections of the Town of Kanieri.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Ferguson Bowen, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
