STATEMENT of the affairs of "The Morning Star Gold Mining Company, Registered," for the half-year ending the 1st June, 1872, in accordance with section thirteen of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and Amendment Acts thereto, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular:—

1. The name and style of the company is "The Albion Gold Mining Company, Registered."

2. The place of operation is at Ross.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is three thousand two hundred pounds, in six hundred and forty shares, of five pounds each.

4. The amount already paid-up is thirty-two pounds sterling.

5. The name of the Manager is Henry Andrew Gordon.

6. The office of the Company is at Ross.
