Mining Drainage Bye Law and Deceased Persons' Estates

That is to say—

That the amount of contribution imposed
in Bye Law, No. 25, of the said Mining
Drainage Board be reduced.

That the words and figures "£157 10s.,"
in aforesaid Bye Law, No. 25, be, and the
same are hereby, rescinded, and the words
and figures "£116 10s." substituted in lieu
thereof.

That the words and figures "£144 7s. 6d.,"
in said Bye Law, No. 25, be, and the same are
hereby, rescinded, and the words and figures
"£109 12s. 11d." substituted in lieu thereof.

That the words and figures "£13 2s. 6d.,"
in said Bye Law, No. 25, be, and the same are
hereby, rescinded, and the words and figures
"£6 17s. 1d." substituted in lieu thereof.

That the schedule annexed to aforesaid
Bye Law, No. 25, be rescinded, and the
following schedule substituted in lieu thereof;
that is to say—

That this Bye Law shall be deemed to be
incorporated with and form part of the aforesaid
Bye Law, No. 25, and shall together with
it be construed as one Bye Law. The under-
signed members of the Jones' Flat Mining
Drainage Board have concurred in making
the foregoing Bye Law, No. 27.
