IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the land described in the Schedule hereunto annexed is open for sale.

Block LXXIII. (Rural.)
GREY DISTRICT.

Situate between the Teremakau river and Lake Brunner, to the Eastward of the Hohonu range. Bounded on the Northward by a straight line; on the Westward by the Orangipuku river and straight lines; on the Southward by straight lines; and on the Eastward by the Poerua Lake, by a branch of the Orangipuku river and by straight lines; and comprising all the open land known as the Big Paddock and Little Paddock; exclusive of roads and other necessary reserves, and subject to survey and gold workings,

ADVERTISEMENTS

in The County of Westland Gazette will be charged for according to the following scale:

For every 72 words and under, 6s.
Tabular matter double the above rate.

In all cases where figures are required each figure counts as a word.

All advertisements must be sent to the County Chairman's Office, and at the same time pre-payment (by money-order when necessary) according to the above rates must be made.
