HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

HENRY LEE ROBINSON, Esq.,

to be a Commissioner of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland under “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870.”

[In the absence of Mr. Gisborne.]

IN accordance with section sixty of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” We, the undersigned Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, do hereby proclaim that the lands included in Block LVIII. (rural) are withdrawn from sale.

Given under our hands, at Hokitika, this fourteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
