AUCTION SALE OF CROWN LANDS
UNDER "THE WESTLAND WASTE LANDS ACT, 1870."
We, the undersigned, Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland, in accordance with the provisions of section 34 of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," do hereby notify that Monday, the twenty-seventh day of March next, at 12 o’clock noon, in the Land Office, Hokitika, is fixed as the time and place when a sale by auction of town, suburban, and rural lands shall take place.

SCHEDULE.
BLOCK LVII. (SUBURBAN).
Situate in the Totara District. Bounded on the northward by a road reserve along the Hokitika river; on the eastward by a road along the western boundary of section No. 8238; on the southward by a line 1250 links from and generally parallel to the Hokitika river; and on the westward by railway reserve No. 25 (in red).
Subject to reserves, roads, and gold-workings.
BLOCK LVIII. (RURAL).
Situate in the Totara District. Bounded on the northward by block LVII. (suburban); on the eastward by a line in continuation of the east boundary of block LVII. (suburban); on the southward by a line in continuation of the south boundary of block XLIII. (suburban); and on the westward by railway reserve No. 25 (in red).
Subject to reserves, roads, and gold-workings.
It is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of section forty-three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," that the lands described in the schedule hereto annexed are open for sale.
