IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of section sixty of “The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” that the land described in the following schedule is withdrawn from sale.

The said land is part of block LXVII. (suburban), and was notified as open for sale in “The County of Westland Gazette,” No. 17, of the 8th instant.

SCHEDULE.

Situate south of the town of Greymouth: Bounded on the north by Marlborough street, Karoro Lake, and the south boundary of Reserve No. 51 (in red); on the west by the sea beach; on the south by the Town Belt; and on the east by a line parallel to and eleven chains east of Reserve No. 24 (in red).
