  1. The name and style of the Company is "THE ALBION GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED."

  2. The place of operation is Tucker Flat, in the Kanieri District, in the County of Westland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is (£1000) one thousand pounds, in (10) ten shares of (£100) one hundred pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is (£100) one hundred pounds.
