WE the undersigned Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board of the County of Westland in accordance with the provisions of Section 32 of the Regulations for the sale letting occupation and management of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the County of Westland do hereby proclaim that the Lands described in the Schedule hereunto annexed are open for sale.
Given under our hands at Hokitika, this first day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

ARAHURA DISTRICT.
Block No. XX. (Suburban.)
Bounded on the North by a line parallel to and 250 links south of the Chesterfield Road; on the East by Reserve No. 7 (in red); on the South by the Waimea Creek; and on the West by the sea coast.
Exclusive of Reserves and gold workings.
Block No. XXI. (First-class Rural.)
Bounded on the North by Southern boundary of Native Reserve No. 26, and south boundary of Section No. 7492; on the East by Reserve No. 7 (in red); on the South by Kapitea Creek; and on the West by the sea coast.

Block No. XXII. (Suburban.)
Bounded on the North by Waimea Creek; on the South by Piper Flat Terrace; on the East by a line bearing 180° (magnetic) to Creek traverse peg No. 22; and on the West by the sea coast.
Block No. XXIII. (Suburban.)
Bounded on the Westward by Block IV; on the Northward by Abbott Road; on the Eastward by line parallel to and five chains from Western boundary; and on the Southward by Hokitika and Kanieri Road.

Commencing at peg 20, on One-Mile line, thence following the Waimea Creek in a Southerly and Easterly direction to the Two-Mile line, thence in a Northerly direction along the Two-Mile line to peg 28, and from thence North Westerly to the commencing point.

Bounded on the South by North boundary of Block VI; on the East and North by the Waimea Creek; and on the West by Reserve No. 7 (in red).

Bounded on the Westward by Block XVIII, and a line in continuation to the Terrace; on the Northward by the Terrace to line F E; on the Eastward by line F E to the old River bed; and on the Southward by the old River bed, and Hokitika River to the commencing point.
