ELECTION NOTICE.

KANIERI ROAD DISTRICT.

IN PURSUANCE of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The County of Westland Act, 1867," I, Charles Cockburn Schaw, Returning Officer for the Road District of Kanieri, do hereby give notice that an Election will be held for the return of five qualified persons to serve as Members of the Road Board for the said District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Warden's Court, Kanieri, on Saturday, the 25th July, 1868, at 12 o'clock noon, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Thursday, the 30th July, 1868.

  • Warden's Court—Kanieri.
  • Castle's Store—Blue Spur Township.
  • Tramway Terminus Store—Big Paddock.
  • Mitchell's Store—Woodstock.
  • Tramway Terminus Store—Arahura.
