Appointment of Henry Bunny, Esq., as Deputy Superintendent.

PROCLAMATION.

I, WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, by virtue of the powers vested in me in this behalf, under and by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled β€œThe Deputy Superintendent of Wellington Act, 1876,” appoint

HENRY BUNNY, ESQ.,

to be Deputy-Superintendent, and as such to perform and exercise all such acts and powers as I am empowered to confer upon a Deputy by virtue of the said Act.

Given under my hand, and sealed with the seal of the Province of Wellington, this fourth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.
